Terms of Service for Telephone Bot

These terms of service ("Terms," "we," "us," or "our") govern your use of the Telephone bot ("Telephone," "the bot," "the service"). By using Telephone, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Telephone.

Use of the Service

Telephone is provided as a service to connect voice channels across discord guilds. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Telephone, a Telephone employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service, or which, as determined by Telephone, may harm Telephone or users of the service or expose them to liability.

Changes to the Service

Telephone reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Telephone shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Termination

Telephone may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this agreement, you may simply stop using the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." Telephone and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Telephone makes no warranty that the service will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you use the service at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Telephone, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors be liable with respect to the service or the subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (I) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (II) the cost of procurement or substitute products or services; (III) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.
